Cancellations

• If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied if the spot can't be filled. 
• In the case of a no-show, a 50% fee for the booked service will be charged. 
• If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, you may need to reschedule. A 25% fee for the booked service will be charged. 

We understand that things happen, and we will be flexible. We absolutely hate to charge fees like these. It makes us cry, too. Please do everything you can to be respectful of your stylist's time - this is her livelihood. These policies are in place to protect us from being taken advantage of. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
