Please join us for a complimentary Basic or Structured Manicure; you'll walk away with an understanding of the products and services used on your nails, tips for keeping your nails healthy, and a fun manicure that will last 4+ weeks. Services

We are a gels-only salon that offers the Russian Manicure and Pedicure, also known as the European or Dry Manicure and Pedicure. We move through the cuticle care process slowly and gently, answering all your concerns and questions. Although we prefer the results of the Russian Manicure and Pedicure, it is not required for excellent surface preparation and adhesion. We will work together to create an enjoyable experience for you.

Manicures: Men's, Natural Nail, Nail Repairs, Basic (basecoat, polish & topcoat), Structured (soft builder gel, polish & topcoat), Hard Gel, Acrygel (polygel), and Gel-X.

Pedicures: Men's, Natural Nail, Basic (basecoat, polish & topcoat).

Specialized Foot/Nail Care

Jennifer Batchelder is a Certified Master Pedicurist through the North American School of Podology. She specializes in the following services.

Elderly Foot/Nail Care
Diabetic Foot/Nail Care
Damaged Nail Care
Thick Toe Nail Debridement
Toenail Reconstruction using NanoFlex by Fusion
Toenail Banding / Bracing - correcting painful, curved, or ingrown toenails non-surgically by lifting the nail edges and training them to grow straight

Policies

Guarantee

All work is guaranteed for 10 days. If you experience lifting, chipping, loss of enhancement, or weeping of chrome, we want to know immediately! We will fix it free of charge. However, please keep in mind that your nail enhancements are not tools; proper maintenance and care are imperative to getting an average of 4 weeks from each manicure.

Cancellations

If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied if the spot can't be filled.
In the case of a no-show, a 50% fee for the booked service will be charged.
If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, you may need to reschedule. A 25% fee for the booked service will be charged.

We understand that things happen, and we will be flexible. We absolutely hate to charge fees like these. It makes us cry, too. Please do everything you can to be respectful of your stylist's time - this is her livelihood. These policies are in place to protect us from being taken advantage of. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Health And Safety

Health & Safety are our number one priorities! Our salons are equipped with several advanced air purification systems; we strive to remove all breathable dust and vapors from our working environment. Furthermore, our instruments are sterilized in an autoclave between clients.

Air Purification

Medify Air Units - with True HEPA H13 Filter for 1,793 ft² coverage in 1hr for Smoke, Wildfires, Odors, Pollen, Pets | Removal to 0.1 Microns.

Wall-Mounted Aerovex - removes dust, fine particles, pollen, and vapors.

UV light deactivates airborne viruses and bacteria.
Sensors detect fine dust and particulates in the air and adjust airflow requirements based on current pollution levels, achieving 99.99% or higher efficiency.

Sterilization

MicroStop Dry Heat Sterilizer - we sterilize all instruments between clients. While North Carolina only requires salons to sanitize their tools, a step that kills up to 99% of germs, we took it to the next level. Proper sanitization and sterilization practices remove and kill 100% of germs, organisms, and spores. Furthermore, our sterilizer is independently tested monthly by Woodhouse Laboratories.

Masks

Masks are provided for each client's use while nail enhancements are reduced and filed.
