Gabriella Bove, Llubiksa Mitrovich, and I, Jennifer Batchelder, met in nail school where we discovered a shared passion for creating beautifully crafted nail enhancements. We have come together to launch Tips, Toes and Tea, and we couldn't be more excited!

Please join us for a complimentary basic or structured manicure; you'll walk away with an understanding of the products and services used on your nails, tips for keeping your nails healthy, and a fun set of nails that will last 4+ weeks.

Jennifer is fully booked at the moment, but Gabby has added 2 days to her schedule and Llubiksa is starting her journey - so she has excellent availability; enjoy her junior level prices while you can!

Policies

GUARANTEE

All work is guaranteed for 10 days. If you experience lifting, chipping, loss of enhancement, or weeping of chrome, we want to know immediately! We will fix it free of charge. However, please keep in mind that your nail enhancements are not tools; proper maintenance and care is imperative to getting an average of 4 weeks out of every manicure.

SPECIAL OFFER

The first appointment for a basic or structured manicure is free. Upon booking your second appointment, your credit card information will be entered and stored for future payments, as well as to manage no-show fees.

Cancellations

If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service will be applied if the spot can't be filled. In the case of a no-show, a 50% fee for the booked service will be charged. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, you may need to reschedule. A 25% fee for the booked service will be charged. We understand that things happen, and we will be flexible. These policies are in place to protect us from being taken advantage of.

Health And Safety

The health and safety of our clients is our number one priority. To that end we have employed several advanced dust and air-purification system as well as sterilization and sanitation solutions.

2 Medify Air Units with True HEPA H13 Filter for 1,793 ft² Coverage in 1hr for Smoke, Wildfires, Odors, Pollen, Pets | Removal to 0.1 Microns

2 Aerovexes' "Whisper Nail Source Capture Systems", which uses a 4 stage filter system that includes carbon and activated carbon layers; and a SHEMAX Duo Pro, overhead dust collector for the pedicure station.

Autoclave to sterilize our tools. While North Carolina only requires salons to sanitize their tools, a step that kills up to 99% of germs, we took it to the next level. We want 100% of germs, organisms and spores dead. So our tools are cleaned, sanitized and then sterilized in a *Microstop Dry Heat Sterilizer.

Finally, masks are provided for each clients' use while nail enhancements are reduced and filed.
